TBAW  sat down with new math teacher Mr. Rapps to bring you our first teacher playlist of 2022.

You may see Mr. Rapps around the school teaching MYP and DP math classes as well as co-supervising the debate club. However, there are also many fun facts about him that you likely do not already know. He researched type 2 diabetes at UofT for a total of two years before becoming a teacher. He is also a really big concert and movie fan!

“My Lady’s On Fire” – Ty Segall (Ty is one of the best. I’ve seen him live three times. Very loud in person!)

“Stupid Love” – Lady Gaga (Gaga is my favourite contemporary pop star. And a great actress to boot)

“Take a Look in the Mirror” – Toots and the Maytals (This song makes me very happy)

“Wheels” – The Flying Burrito Brothers (60’s and 70’s country rock is catnip for me!)

“You Ain’t Goin’ Nowhere – Bob Dylan (Nobody compares to Dylan)
