The Blue and White (TBAW) is currently recruiting talented individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our vibrant digital publication. We are seeking passionate Contributing Writers to cover a diverse range of topics, from arts and news to reviews and interviews, as well as motivated individuals for our Editor-in-Training program to hone their editing skills. Additionally, we are looking for a Multimedia Specialist to enhance our storytelling through multimedia elements, a Social Media Coordinator to manage our media presence and engage with our audience, and an Editorial Assistant to provide administrative and editorial support. Positions

• Contributing Writer / Columnist – The Blue and White (TBAW) is seeking passionate and talented writers to contribute to our online platform. As a Contributing Writer, you will have the opportunity to cover a wide range of topics, including arts, news, reviews, and interviews, and you could eventually become a columnist and have your own column! We welcome creative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives and engaging storytelling to our readership.
• Editor / Editor-in-Training – Are you interested in honing your editing skills and contributing to a vibrant digital publication? TBAW is looking for motivated individuals to join our Editor-in-Training program. As an Editor-in-Training, you will work closely with experienced editors to review and refine content, ensuring high-quality standards across all published materials. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in the editorial process and the opportunity to develop essential communication and leadership skills.
• Multimedia Specialist (Photographer, Videographer, Filmmaker) – TBAW is seeking a number of Multimedia Specialists to enhance our storytelling capabilities through multimedia elements. As a Multimedia Specialist, you will work collaboratively with writers and editors to integrate photos, videos, and interactive content into our digital platform. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a passion for visual storytelling. Join us in creating engaging and immersive experiences for our readers!
• Social Media Administrator/Coordinator – Do you have a knack for social media and a passion for engaging with online communities? TBAW is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media presence and foster audience engagement. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will develop and implement social media strategies, create compelling content, and interact with our followers across various platforms. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity and communication skills while growing TBAW’s online presence.
• Editorial Assistant / Head of Marketing – TBAW is seeking an Editorial Assistant or Head of Marketing to provide marketing, administrative and editorial support to our editorial team. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies, promotions, advertising, relationships and sponsorships; As an Editorial Assistant, you will assist in managing submissions, coordinating editorial schedules, and conducting fact-checking and proofreading tasks.
