Submit here via a Google Form or Email submit@tbaw.ca and attach your articles, photos and videos, etc. (If you’d like to have a column of your own, apply through the Editor-in-chief)

Calls for submissions & opportunities – at The Blue and White, we welcome submissions from UCC students in the form of written pieces, artwork, photography, and video. Write about anything or record/capture anything that interests you. To ensure a smooth submission process, please follow these guidelines:

Written Submissions:

• Articles, essays, short stories, serial stories, poetry, etc. must be original
• Course work, assignments, and interviews are welcome
• Accepted file formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .rtf
• Include a brief bio (2-3 sentences) with your submission
• Writing submissions have a 10,000 word limit

Visual Art Submissions:

• Accepted file formats: .jpg, .png, .tiff, .pdf
• Art must be original and your own creation
• Maximum file size: 25MB
• Include title, medium, dimensions, and a short description

Photography Submissions:

• Accepted file formats: .jpg, .png, .tiff
• Photographs must be original and shot by you
• Maximum file size: 25MB
• Include caption details and a short bio

Video Submissions:

• Accepted file formats: .mp4, .mov, .avi
• Maximum video length: 30 minutes
• Maximum file size: 500MB
• Include title, brief description, and credits

General Guidelines:

• Submit your work via the submission form on tbaw.ca/submit
• Provide full creator name and UCC short bio with submission
• Allow 1 week for the editorial review process
• Accepted submissions will be featured online with creator credit
