In the northern realm, where beautiful lights dance,
Flames and despair, a harsh truth, in wildfire’s cruel advance.
Forests, west and east, far and wide, pine, birch, and spruce,
Fern, moss, and loam, bleeding crimson tears, echo the wild’s cries.

Canvas sky, painted in ominous red, as if Phoenix dances wild,
Funky Aurora, veiled by smoky shrouds, as if Dragon roars aloud.
The emerald sanctuary, so grand, yields its green heart to the fire’s demand.
Creatures in desperate flight, fleeing the inferno that stole the day from night.

Fueled by a warming globe, the flames, painting hills in their ravenous hue,
Speak the climate’s altered script, revealing nature’s ruthless view.
In small towns, where communities thrive, folks watch in fear, hoping to survive,
As I stand with my kin in the glow of demise, shocked by Earth’s brutal heart.

Smoke travels far, across borders it flies, choking cities under the sunlit sky.
Ashes descend, across oceans they cry, like sorrowful sighs, in a fiery memoir.
In fear, the young eyes gaze into the fiery picture, as all we know turning to dust.
With awe, the White North bore summer witness to nature’s unforgiving test.

As cinders rise and leaves fall, through fumes and scorches, our grief chars.
Roars of flames, laments of trees, sanctuary shadows, now smoky scars.
Forests, once our playgrounds, vast and free, where birds sang and flowers chanted,
Fall prey to the hungry beast, unconfined; with whom, we seek truce?

With rain comes murmuring, whispers stir and meadows emerge.
Green pulse begins afresh, soft, and low; Life’s cadences rise and glow.
The char, the ash, and the sorrowed land, now cradle the seeds of change.
The greens dare to peek, beneath the gray, in a brave display,
Nature’s will, unyielding, through ember and flame, finds its way.

New saplings rise, like children’s laughter, pure and clear,
Sweet chirps return, green sprouts pop up, etched in prime.
Each leaf unfurls, a chorus of the wild, a testament to time;
A story of endurance, and resilient life, radiant and sublime.

New forests rise from charred despair, cloaked in life’s vibrant view,
Restoring balance to the earth, air, and sky, steadfast and ever anew.
Echoes of the ecosystem, a sacred ground, fragile but vital to our kind,
A haven for creatures, great and small, a dance of diversity entwined.

Every tender sprout, a gleam of light, a beacon of strength, a future story to unfold,
Each green leaf, a token of trust, a symbol of hope; Earth’s healing we behold.
Call forth our trying role, a plea for respect, in nature’s intricate art,
For as the woods regrow, so does our planet’s broken heart.

So, lessons abound: not only fear the flames but respect their courses,
Of death and the renewal of life, nature’s delicate balance.
Find a mirror of our own trials, a call to restore, a chance to mend, to set things right.

A tale of awe through raging fires, in the heart a newfound respect, did acquire.
A shared love for the wild, for even as the beast claims, they too inspire.
In the breeze swings, a bond, through time clings, life’s pulse, forever aspire.
